Integrity Landscape provides landscape design and installation, hardscape, tree removal and trimming, and related outdoor services throughout Jupiter & West Palm Beach, FL and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. All work is subject to a written estimate or agreement, which describes the specific scope, pricing, and timeline for your project.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was observed or described at the time of the estimate, or if the scope of work changes at your request. We will communicate any such changes to you before proceeding.
4. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is to be performed and to identify any known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation lines, or property boundaries. Weather, permitting, and other factors outside our control may affect scheduling; we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your estimate or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges as permitted by applicable law.
6. Warranties & Liability
Integrity Landscapeis licensed and insured and stands behind the quality of its work. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, acts of nature, or the natural growth, decline, or death of plants and trees after service.
